Report Spam or Phishing Attempts
At CanadaPharmacy, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy online environment for our customers. Unfortunately, malicious actors sometimes send unsolicited emails (spam) or deceptive messages (phishing) that falsely claim to be from our company. These attempts often try to trick you into revealing personal information or clicking on harmful links.
How to Identify Suspicious Emails
Be vigilant for emails that:
- Ask for personal information like passwords, credit card numbers, or social security numbers.
- Contain suspicious attachments or links.
- Have poor grammar, spelling, or unusual formatting.
- Create a sense of urgency or threat (e.g., "Your account will be suspended!").
- Come from an unfamiliar sender address or one that looks similar but not identical to our official domain (e.g., canadapharmacy.net instead of canadapharmacy.com).
CanadaPharmacy will never ask for your password or sensitive financial information via email.
How to Report Spam or Phishing
If you receive an email that you suspect is spam or a phishing attempt impersonating CanadaPharmacy, please follow these steps:
- Do NOT click on any links or open any attachments.
- Do NOT reply to the email.
- Forward the suspicious email as an attachment to our security team at: abuse@canadapharmacy.com. This helps us investigate and take appropriate action.
- Delete the email from your inbox.
